Recently, the fishing has been par for the course. The wind has been more than cooperative with us these past few weeks to provide perfect weather for a nice drift across the lake.
All of our boats have been heading north of Garden Island and they are continuing to pull spinners around the edges of rocky reefs and have been having great luck. On a very calm day if you can’t seem to get the fish to bite; try jigging on top off reefs. Gold and pink colored jigs have been producing fish if trolling spinners are not.
