February First

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1518136221992{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Welcome once again Sportsfans to another Ballard’s Resort fishing report! There isn’t a whole lot of new and exciting going on. Honestly it’s been another slow week. Groups are still catching enough fish to have supper and enough to take home but they’re definitely having to work harder for it. Still seeing a few slots here and there as well. After talking to the guides, there still isn’t much uplifting news about heading north. Lots of rough ice make it difficult to get that way but we are doing our best! The guides still have houses set up by Sandy Shores about 10 – 12 miles out, but have also moved some houses closer to the South Shore to test some newer waters. We are still fishing in about 30 – 34 feet of water.

We will continue to give you weekly updates so be sure to keep checking in![/vc_column_text][mk_image src=”https://ballardsresort.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/johnson-group.jpg” image_size=”medium”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
