After last weeks lull in action, things are looking up here at Ballard’s Resort! We’re seeing better numbers and some better size as well coming out of Lake of the Woods. As I said last week the guides are continually scouting and looking for the best bite. We’ve moved a little bit further since last week and are out about 8 – 10 miles near Sandy Shores and fishing in about 32’ – 34’ of water. The ice up north is still looking pretty rough so we’re continuing northwest.
