Still drifting with spinners, both shiners and night crawlers trying to stay in about 33 feet of water!

We are starting to see more boats getting back into jigging, but we haven’t switch back over fully!

We can’t believe it’s already August!

Our charters are still hanging out up north and drifting out in the mud and have been successful staying on the walleyes when they start to spread out this time of year!

*Tips for success* Spinners tipped with crawlers, 16-32 FOW, drifting anywhere between 1-1.5 MPH.

Make sure to pack a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen, it’s been HOT and HUMID out on the water with the very little wind we’ve had during this past week!

We are starting to fill up for the last couple months of fall fishing (September- mid October), so make sure to give us a call and reserve a spot to get in on the Fall Classic Bite (and Special!)

Starting to get back into the big fish! Drifting spinners with nightcrawlers along the flats has seemed to be the key to our success for finding BIG fish! (A hot spot has been 30-32 FOW off Long Point!) We are still making the trip up to the islands to make sure we have fish that our guests can bring home!
