Hello Sportsfans! It looks like the super cold has finally arrived to the North Country. We’ve had some pretty frigid temps the last week or so and it looks to continue that way. It hasn’t seemed to hamper the bite, however. As always, the guides are working hard to put our guests on fish and it seems to be going well!
We’ve made another substantial move across the lake, and the bite has been good! If you are using your electronics and working hard, fishing has been very consistent. Weed your way through some smaller fish, and you will find quality eater size fish that go great in the frying pan! Your typical gold, white, pink, chartreuse, etc. will always produce on Lake of the Woods, but anything that glows seems to be extra effective lately.
