Hey Sports Fans!
Late once again on another fishing report… But the good news is, I was able to get out and fish myself! Our guides have been very successful on fishing through the weather change, they have still been fishing up towards the islands finding all sorts of NICE fish (See pictures below, not just walleyes!) They have been fishing anywhere between 15-25 feet of water out on the lake jigging frozen shiners!
For the river report; The water is HIGH, and the current is FLOWING! Fish have been tucked up against shore banks as shallow as they can get, this means fishing between 5-10 feet of water on the edge of the current, jigging frozen shiners.
Our charter boats are starting to get pulled, but that doesn’t mean the fishing is coming to an end! Bring your own boat and stay with us here at Ballard’s!
